Where it Started

Our History
We were founded in September 2009. No customers, no employees just a vision to build the best managed service provider we could be.
We completed the £1.5m build of our Head Office in Central Milton Keynes. Created more jobs and continued to win new customers.
The day we were listed in the Sunday Tech Track 100, we bought up all the papers at the newsagents.
We were incredibly proud to win the CRN MSP title for the 3rd year in a row. The team grew to over 60 employees.
We celebrated our tenth birthday! We focus on the future of Managed247. Building systems and developing our team to take us into the next decade of our journey.
We change our trading name to Managed and gave ourselves a new logo and website to go with our new name! Shortlisted for SDI MSP of the Year 2020. Growing employee head count and a growing list of great customers.
We renewed our BSI ISO Certification in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO20000 and ISO27001 for a further 3 years having held the certification since 2015. We also welcomed new team mates to assist with a growing list of customers.
Our Net Promoter Score (NPS) hits a huge 91 the highest value since records began. Ever growing list of customers.
Revenues and demand for our services hits all time high as we achieve 124% YoY growth across the business. NPS hits 93 against an industry benchmark of 60.
