Managed247 provides four groups of services, delivered by one UK team under one contract:
- IT support: shared, co-managed, dedicated and fully outsourced service desks, 24/7/365.
- Cloud: Microsoft 365 and Azure, Google Workspace and Google Cloud, and AWS.
- Cyber security: managed EDR with a 24/7 security operations centre, identity threat detection and response, penetration testing, security awareness training and compliance services.
- IT consultancy: cloud strategy, IT architecture, migration planning and project delivery.
