Mission statement

This policy aligns with our company culture, to always act ethically and with integrity internally and with all business relationships. This policy runs in compliance with the BSI ISO standards we have in place: 9001, 14001, 27001 and 20000-1. The implementation and operation of our management system underlines our commitment to this policy statement.

Managed247 will continue to build and improve on current practices in place, to ensure that we are consistently achieving the aims highlighted above. This is done via stringent compliance of all our standards and processes and the continual audit and improvement by directors, managers, HR and health and safety management.

Responsibility

Managed247 recognises that slavery and human trafficking remains a problem for modern day society. Our aim as a company is to identify our responsibility by alerting staff to risks in our business and wider supply chain. Staff are expected and encouraged to report any concerns they may have.

  • Continual audits and reviews of our practices to ensure all employees are paid at least the minimum wage.
  • The company will not knowingly support or deal with any business involved in slavery or human trafficking.

Equality of opportunity and inclusion are actively promoted, ensuring that employment decisions are based on merit and that individuals have the opportunity to realise their potential.

Recognising that responsibility extends beyond the direct workforce, there is a commitment to identifying, preventing and mitigating adverse human rights impacts within operations and the supply chain. Employees and stakeholders are encouraged to raise concerns related to human rights without fear of retaliation, with concerns able to be reported through whistleblowing procedures. All reported concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.
