John founded Managed247 in September 2009 and is responsible for leading the company's strategy. The highlight of his career so far is getting Managed247 on the Sunday Times Tech Track 100.

Managed247 was founded in September 2009 with a single mission: to eliminate IT and IoT outages through predictive monitoring and rapid response. Every minute of downtime costs our clients their customers, profit and trust, so we set out to prevent it.
Our people proactively prevent issues and fix root causes. Our tools predict and stop outages. And we only work with vendors who share our commitment to keeping clients up and running.
16+ years on, that mission still drives everything. We hold BSI-audited ISO 27001, 20000, 14001 and 9001 certifications, carry a customer NPS of 94.1 against an industry average of 60, and deliver every shift entirely from the UK, day and night.

Andrew joined Managed247 in 2017. He is ACMA qualified and has previous experience across PE/VC, multinationals and AIM listings. Prior to Managed247, Andrew held CFO and FD positions across a number of companies in disparate sectors.

Stephen joined Managed247 in 2010 and has been instrumental in our business growth. Prior to joining us, he had significant experience advising on and deploying software and IT support services to SMEs.

Harry joined Managed247 in 2017. He is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity and the effective execution of our business strategies.

Matthew joined Managed247 in 2024 and leads our expanding commercial teams. He prides himself on developing long-standing, strong relationships with customers and colleagues, built on collaborative work and clear communication.
