Managed247 employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, distributors, consultants, partners, and anyone else doing business for in Managed247’s name, regardless of nationality or where employed (“Managed247 agent”), are required to comply fully with all applicable anti-bribery laws, from wherever they operate.
In compliance with the anti-bribery laws, no Managed agent shall provide or promise to provide, directly or indirectly, any payment or anything else of value to any government official, political party official, political party candidate for political office, or any party with whom a commercial relationship is in place, to obtain or retain business, to secure business for a party involved with Managed247, or to secure an illegal commercial advantage for Managed247.
Any payment that Managed247 agents provide to government officials must be carefully reviewed in advance of actual payment and shall not be made unless they are clearly permissible and approved by Managed247’s senior management or legal team.
Moreover, Managed247 prohibits the tampering of books and records to inaccurately report the company’s financial information and requires compliance with the anti- bribery laws whose purpose is to sanction bribes, illicit payments, and fraudulent activities. Managed247 therefore prohibits Managed247 agents from disguising the true nature of payments such that these payments are recorded inaccurately in Managed247’s books and records.
Managed247 takes all reasonable measures to ensure all staff members and any agents involved in providing our solutions for customers treat confidentiality, anti- corruption and potential conflicts of interest seriously. Each Managed247 member of staff receives initial and regular ongoing training regarding acceptance of gifts and associated potential conflicts of interest.
Whenever there is a potential conflict of interest, the situation should be discussed with a member of senior management. Managed247 takes disciplinary action if staff fail to disclose, in advance, situations involving a possible conflict of interest.
Managed247 signs mutual NDAs before working with each potential customer, to mitigate risks associated with sharing confidential information. Related contractual clauses can be agreed and put in place, if further specific requirements need to be addressed
Managed247 instils in its staff a culture of honesty, integrity and openness, throughout the company. We take any transgression into actions of bribery or corruption very seriously. This is for the morality of the company; as well as to allow us to continue our strong reputation and brand and continue being worthy of our many accreditations and compliances.
Managed247 maintains appropriate mechanisms to vet agents, intermediaries, consultants and other third parties; and to monitor and review the actions taken by them.
